Shipping & Delivery
We process orders within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link within 48 hours.
You can track your order anytime using the tracking link sent by email or by contacting our support team at contact@semello-shop.com.
Shipping Cost
Standard Shipping: $2.94 for all orders under $50.
Free Standard Shipping: Free shipping on all orders over $50.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, or local postal services depending on the destination.
For international shipments, packages may be handled by local last-mile delivery partners to ensure efficient final delivery in the destination country.

Important Information
- Accurate Addresses: Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may delay processing by 1 to 2 additional days. Please verify your shipping and billing details before confirming your order.
- Delivery Location: Most packages are delivered to a mailbox or door. If the carrier deems the location unsafe, the package may be held at a local post office or rescheduled for delivery.
- Taxes and International Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by local authorities. These fees are not collected by Semello and cannot be refunded. All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
- Incorrect Address: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. To request a correction, please contact us immediately at contact@semello-shop.com. If the package has already been dispatched, we must wait for its return to our warehouse before we can reship or issue a refund.
- Returns: Return shipping fees to Semello are the responsibility of the customer. Please consult our Refund & Return Policy for further details.
